Return & Exchange Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact hello@uvivabody.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process step by step. All returns are subject to evaluation by uVIVA.
Please Note
For safety and hygiene reasons, uVIVA does not currently offer free return and exchange services for reasons other than product quality issues. A restocking fee of 10%–20% will be charged for non-quality-related returns.
Return Fee Criteria
To ensure smooth processing, minimize unexpected costs, and responsibly evaluate returned items, a return fee may apply. This fee includes a return shipping fee and a restocking fee, calculated based on the status and condition of the returned item(s).

Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, please contact hello@uvivabody.com.
- Cancellation is only possible for products that have not yet been shipped.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order and before shipment will incur a 4% fee of the total original order value.
- Cancellations after 24 hours and before shipment will incur a 5% fee of the total original order value.
- If the product has already been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and the return policy will apply.
Defective Products Policy
uVIVA products undergo rigorous inspections to ensure top quality. However, if you receive a damaged product, refrain from using it and promptly take photos for evidence. Contact us at hello@uvivabody.com, and we will arrange for a replacement. Kindly return the damaged product to help us identify and resolve the issue.
Requirements for Return & Exchange
When initiating a return or exchange, ensure the following conditions are met:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with labels attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all contents included in a single package.
- Returns/exchanges must be initiated from the same country/region where the order was originally shipped.
- Customized items and freebies are non-returnable.
- Products showing signs of wear, alterations, or misuse may not qualify for return or exchange.
Non-Acceptable Return Conditions
uVIVA cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products not purchased directly from www.uvivabody.com.
- Missing or damaged original accessories, manuals, or packaging.
- Products showing physical damage or signs of misuse (e.g., scratches, stains, etc.).
- Returns initiated more than 60 days after the date of purchase.
uVIVA Return Process
- Contact hello@uvivabody.com with the following:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)
- Our team will evaluate your request within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll provide the return address.
- Place the receipt and items in the original packaging.
- Arrange delivery with your chosen courier and ship the package.
- Send the tracking number to hello@uvivabody.com.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned package, please allow 7–14 business days for processing (depending on peak times). If your return does not meet the required conditions, the package will be sent back at your expense.
When your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
